Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City. United States and Canada.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, local authorities or courier delays.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The removal of protective shrink wrap or packaging does not, by itself, affect your statutory right of withdrawal. However, if the condition of the returned item has been affected we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund, as permitted by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs where possible.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges.If you wish to replace an item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
